Artist bracelets can be returned within 14 days in their original, unworn state. Shipping is non-refundable and you will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. Bracelets that have been customized (clasps, stones, etc.) cannot be returned.

Mail your bracelet back to us at the address below with a copy of your order email. Upon receiving the return, the item will be reviewed and, barring any problems, a refund will be issued within approximately seven days. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note that ONLY standard sized bracelets (7.5, 8, 8.5, 9) with no customizations (i.e., clasps or stones) can be exchanged. To exchange your bracelet for a new size, download this PDF, print, fill out and follow the instructions. We can only exchange your bracelet if we have strings in stock. Email info@wearyourmusic.org to make sure we can complete the exchange. Your exchange may take up to 4 weeks to complete.

We can add a clasp to any classic bracelet. Please download this PDF, print, fill out and follow the instructions. Make sure to include the finished size—how big you want your bracelet to be with the clasp, and remember to resize it (around your wrist, plus a half inch). Your bracelet may take up to 4 weeks to complete.

We can fix some, but not all, damage. Since the strings are used, they are not always in perfect condition. To send in a repair, download this PDF, print, fill out and follow the instructions. Your repair may take up to 4 weeks to complete. (We cannot repair work attempted by others, so don’t try to fix it first.)

With the exception of Artist Bracelets, our merchandise comes with a 90 day limited warranty. If your jewelry has discoloration, breaks apart, turns to ash or melts into a puddle of water within 90 days of purchase date, we will happily replace it for you! Salvage whatever you can of the destroyed merchandise and send it back to us, along with your information (name, address, telephone, original order number-- please note, if received as a gift, it would be helpful to provide us with the name of the person who placed the order).
