Returns, Repairs & Exchanges

If you need to return a bracelet, exchange a bracelet or have one repaired please fill out the following form and someone from the WYM crew will get back to you within a week of your request, usually sooner!

RETURNS:
Artist bracelet in original packaging with no customizations within 30 days of receipt. (You will be refunded your total price minus shipping charges, gift wrapping charges and a $10 processing fee.) Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return (non-customized item) within 30 days of receipt. (You will be refunded your total price minus shipping and gift wrapping charges.) Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Defective merchandise for return for replacement within 30 days of receipt. (We will ship a replacement item when we receive your return.)

ARTIST BRACELET SIZING PROBLEMS:
Exchange for a new size. Artist bracelet in original packaging with no customizations within 30 days of receipt. (Customized and sale bracelets cannot be exchanged.) Please note we can only process exchanges when we have strings in stock. We will email you and let you know within 5 days of getting this request. Fee: $25 plus shipping.
Add a clasp within 30 days of receipt. Fee: $75 plus shipping. Please note the size you would like your bracelet to be in the comments/notes/questions section below.
Repair a broken string. Please note that repairing your bracelet will make the silver seal bigger then its current size. Fee: $25 plus shipping.
